Eligibility Requirements for Outbound Student Exchange:
To be eligible for the student exchange program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- The applicant must be currently enrolled at GUB.
- The applicant must have completed at least 15 credits of study.
- The applicant must have no record of failing a course in their current program and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5/4.00 (undergraduate) or 3.00/4.00 (graduate).
- The applicant must provide an academic recommendation from a faculty member and a statement of purpose.
- The applicant must demonstrate that they are socially, psychologically, and intellectually fit for an exchange program.
- The applicant must have a positive conduct record and no outstanding financial obligations.
- The applicant must be in good health.
Eligibility Requirements for Inbound Exchange Students :
Student exchange programs at GUB are short-term programs designed for international students to study at GUB for a maximum of two academic semesters or a summer session. To be eligible for an exchange program, students must:
- Seek to study part of their degree at GUB and transfer the earned credits to their home institution.
- Be registered at a university that has a formal agreement with GUB.
- Must have a CGPA of 2.5 and above.
- Must have a good command of English as the medium of instruction is English at GUB.
- Health Insurance.
- Valid visa and passport-related documents.
- Financial solvency document.
- Approval letter from home institution.
